一封优质的开发信，不外乎有这么几个特征：简洁扼要、语法正确、表达清晰、少用主动语态、避免重复词语、正式商业化的口吻，行文流畅凝练。
结合客户分析以客户需求为中心，做好开发信的三个要素：
一、邮件标题
① 一个很好用的强调符号是“【】”，黑框非常适合加入强调重点or主题，例如【紧急】、【待办】、【项目A】
② 一个很好的解释符号是“ – ”和“——”，例如“关于客户A的供应商——优先等级排序清单”
③ 标题需要简短有力，高度概括重点信息
④不要在邮件标题中出现电话号码等联系方式。有些邮件系统会将这类邮件自动识别为垃圾邮件。
⑤标题不宜过短，但也不要太长。如果字数已被百般精简还是稍显长，请把重要的词眼比如产品名称提前。最好控制在十个词以内。有些客户的邮箱设置显示的标题只出现前几个单词，其他词看不到，直接就被收件人忽略了。
二、邮件正文内容
①第一封开发信的主题和内容应该是你能给客户带来的核心利益点和你的价值主张即卖点。
②邮件切忌不要长篇大论，简单，直接，戳中要害即可。
③如果内容很多，最好利用表格和分点（bullet points）
三、邮件术语
基本的邮件签名当然是必不可少的。但是除此之外，要客户主动回复，需要有很大的产品吸引力。这里用CTA，CALL TO ACTION等术语来吸引，借此来刺激客户回复邮件/主动联系。
四、开发信模板
